Shipping

We aim to ship all orders that are in stock within 7 days from the order date. If you need the items sooner than this please drop us an email to contact@houseofcardoon.com and we will do our best to accommodate the request. All US orders are shipped via UPS and costs are calculated at checkout. International orders may use other carriers and recipient is responsible for any customs fees that apply.
 

Returns

WEB ORDERS:

If you would like to return your merchandise we will gladly accept returns or exchanges of any item in its original condition within 30 days after receipt. Please notify us as soon as possible that you are sending a return by emailing contact@houseofcardoon.com, and we will provide the address where returns are to be sent.

Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they are in unused original condition, we will issue a full refund, less the initial shipping cost. Returns postmarked after 30 days of the receipt of merchandise will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Returns that are received NOT in the original condition are subject to a re-stocking fee of 20% or will not be refunded. 

IN-STORE ORDERS:

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges to your original form of payment for items in their original condition and within 30 days of your purchase. 

GIFTS:

We will gladly accept the return of a gift in exchange for a store credit. Gift returns will be accepted if the item is in its original condition and returned within 30 days of the date of the purchase. 

FINAL SALE:

All art, custom framing and custom furniture orders are final sale. All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.  House of Cardoon does not offer price matches on previously purchased items.
