We aim to ship all orders that are in stock within 7 days from the order date. If you need the items sooner than this please drop us an email to contact@houseofcardoon.com and we will do our best to accommodate the request. All US orders are shipped via UPS and costs are calculated at checkout. International orders may use other carriers and recipient is responsible for any customs fees that apply.
 

Returns

HOLIDAY ORDERS: We extend a longer return window for gift giving! Items purchased from Nov. 15th through Dec. 24th can be returned in original condition until January 30th, 2023. 

 

WEB ORDERS:

If you would like to return your merchandise we will gladly accept returns or exchanges of any item in its original condition within 30 days after receipt. Please notify us as soon as possible that you are sending a return by emailing contact@houseofcardoon.com, and we will provide the address where returns are to be sent.

Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they are in unused original condition, we will issue a full refund, less the initial shipping cost. Returns postmarked after 30 days of the receipt of merchandise will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Returns that are received NOT in the original condition are subject to a re-stocking fee of 20% or will not be refunded. 

IN-STORE ORDERS:

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of any item in its original condition within 30 days of your purchase. 

FINAL SALE:

All art, custom furniture & lampshade orders are final sale. All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
